More On This Topic: Circumcision Surgery For Adults byAlma Abell It’s not uncommon for tourists to lose their medication while they travel. Sometimes they make a mistake and put their prescription medicine in their suitcase. If the airlines lose their luggage, they have a problem. Clinic doctors can examine them and write a refill prescription. The clinic even has a well-stocked pharmacy, so they may even be able to pick it up there. Prescriptions can also be delivered to nearby hotels. Tourists come to Maui to surf and enjoy the outdoors. If they should get a minor injury, the clinic can also treat these. If a person needs emergency care on the southern portion of Maui they can turn to one of the Medical Clinics in Wailea. It doesn’t matter whether they live on the island or are tourists. They’ll be able to be seen by a dpm. The doctors…

Saturday, September 10, 2011 A 182-page report issued September 1 by the United States National Research Council warns that the amount of debris in space is reaching “a tipping point”, and could cause damage to satellites or spacecraft. The report calls for regulations to reduce the amount of debris, and suggests that scientists increase research into methods to remove some of the debris from orbit, though it makes no recommendations about how to do so. NASA sponsored the study. A statement released along with the report warns that, according to some computer models, the debris “has reached a tipping point, with enough currently in orbit to continually collide and create even more debris, raising the risk of spacecraft failures”. According to the Satellite Industry Association, there are now about 1,000 working satellites in Earth orbit, and industry revenues last year were US$168 billion (£104.33 billion,€119.01 billion). The debris consists of various objects, such…

Cerniglia was the owner of Italian restaurant Campania. He jumped off a bridge into the Hudson river on the New York–New Jersey border. At the time of filming in 2007, Cerniglia owed suppliers $80,000. Officials reported that 39-year-old Cerniglia had jumped off of the George Washington Bridge into the Hudson. His death has officially been ruled as suicide. His body was retrieved from the river after reports of a man jumping off of the bridge. Ramsay released a statement to the Press Association saying “I was fortunate to spend time with Joe during the first season of Kitchen Nightmares. Joe was a brilliant chef, and our thoughts go out to his family, friends and staff.” Cerniglia told Ramsay about his personal debt when he came to the restaurant in…

Saturday, May 21, 2005 In an effort to ease complaints by the U.S. and Europe about a heavy influx of low priced Chinese goods, China will raise export tariffs on 74 categories of textile products in June. This follows plans from the U.S. to impose quotas on Chinese textiles and clothing. Products likely to see an increase from the Chinese move include synthetic fiber shirts, trousers, knit shirts and blouses, cotton shirts, and combined cotton yarn. Last week, similar restrictions were imposed by the U.S. on cotton trousers, knit shirts, and underwear. Currently, a 2.5 cent charge per item is imposed; the new tariff will raise this to the equivalent of 12 cents per piece now. While this is a fourfold increase, it is not expected to affect consumer prices. Because of this, some doubt the tariff will have any effect on correcting the trade imbalance. This move is in…

Monday, February 17, 2014 On Friday afternoon, amateur shooters were briefed about a three-year-long trial of hunting in national parks of New South Wales, Australia. The meeting was held in Griffith near Cocopara Nature Reserve, where the first shooting operation of the trial was to occur on Saturday, targeting the feral goats. The National Parks Wildlife Service (NPWS) has used aerial culls and baiting to reduce Cocoparra’s goat population, but there are said to be thousands of goats at the reserve. The feral animals to be hunted in other reserves may include cats, deer, dogs, and pigs, beside goats — depending on the reserve. Shooters in the supplementary pest control trial were to be closely supervised by rangers, as the trial was monitored and its effectiveness evaluated. In a partnership of NPWS and the Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (NSW) Inc, qualified volunteers were recruited, under the Sporting Shooters Association’s…

More On This Topic: Richard Light Submitted by: Bryon Gunderson Are your kids starting to say “I’m Bored!” Maybe an RC RTF Helicopter (Radio Control-Ready To Fly) will keep them busy for a while. There are some fantastic radio control electric helicopters, relatively inexpensive, that are very easy to fly, and will keep someone occupied for hours, well, until the battery runs down, but hey, just charge it back up and it’s ready to go agian. I’m talking about a mini helicopter, about 8″ long and 4″ high. You fly them indoors, the living room, basement or where-ever there’s enough room. Why these are so easy to fly is because they are a “coaxial helicopter” meaning they have 2 counter-rotating blades, which eliminates the balance problems like with other helicopters wanting to tilt side-to-side or dive. To fly, all you need to do is charge the battery, follow any instructions…
